Dear User,
In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and any translation into another language, the Hebrew version shall prevail for any legal matters or questions of interpretation, except as regards Israeli law. In accordance with the relevant privacy regulations (EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016 and the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981), we wish to inform you that we respect your privacy. Your personal information will be handled ethically and transparently, solely for lawful purposes, and in a manner that safeguards your privacy and rights.
Information collected manually and through automated means may be used by the Application for the following purposes (excluding sensitive information such as credit card details, social security numbers, etc.):
- Reservation Management Collect and confirm reservations for accommodation and other services and to provide the requested services. - Legal Compliance To comply with legal obligations requiring us to disclose information (for example, pursuant to a court order or under the “Public Safety Act” – Art. 109 Royal Decree No. 773, 18/6/1931), which obliges the provision of identifying information to police for public safety as directed by the Ministry of Interior (order of January 7, 2013). In such cases, provision of information is mandatory and does not require your consent. If you refuse, we will not be able to provide service. Information required solely for this purpose will not be retained.
- Administrative, Accounting, and Tax Compliance For purposes of administration, accounting, and tax regulations. This does not require your consent. Your data will be kept by us and our data protection personnel and disclosed to third parties only as required by law. Retention of information for these purposes is mandatory and will be kept for a statutory period (10 years, or longer for tax audits as required).
- Expedited Check-In To expedite check-in on your next visit. For this, with your consent at check-in (which may be revoked at any time), your information may be stored for use on your next visit to the hotel.
- Marketing Communications To send you marketing messages and updates on promotions and special offers. For this purpose, and with your consent, your data will be stored and not shared with third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

In addition, you may submit a complaint to the data protection authority, as described in the relevant regulations.
The Application fully complies with relevant laws and respects the privacy rights of users.
